I have worked with Jim for the last 10 years. For the first 8-9 years his services were excellent. He was prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable. However over the last year or so he hasn't been consistently showing up to clean our pool which has required me to chase him down. He also hasn't been responsive when I have called or texted to address my concerns. He has begun working contracts for some larger hotels and unfortunately this has affected his quality of work for individuals such as myself.

James handles the land and pool maintenance on my personal residence. He goes above and beyond to make sure my property is looking top notch. He is very responsive to my calls and gladly handles additional requests. Not only does he handle my personal property, he currently takes care of lawn and pool maintenance for all of my investment properties. He handles all the lawn and pool services for my single family rental properties. He also completes the monthly lawn and pool service for a condominium HOA that I sit on the board of. He is honest and gets the job done a very fair rates!!

He stole my china, loveseat, chainsaw, etc. for the first year fine, however, since the house the pool was at was a second home and I wasn't visiting much he asked if he could lease, he had been checking on the property and I was paying him as a property manager, so I said yes, indicating it may only be for a year, he agreed - the home was fully furnished. I allowed it. He missed his rent payments and has stolen my china, love-seat, tools, and left the pool a mess when he left the property. I would not do business with someone who things it is alright to disappear from a property without paying there rent and on top of that stealing from the property owner. I am driven to reviewing him on Angies List, because he will not return my calls to discuss returning my property. My recommendation is to stay away from this pool guy, he is anything but professional or trustworthy.

"Never have stolen anything from anyone.. Discussing that scum use these websites too try and hurt individuals, poolsbymee has never taken anything from any of these people. Was found innocent in a court of law of any wrong doing of any kind.... Have successfully civilly sued these people and was awarded $97,000 in 2018.... Rotten people gotten what they deserved....."

He is okay! We had a rough start with him because of initial communication, but he has made up for that. Overall, he is a nice guy and has been better with responsiveness.

I have been using Jim Mee for several months now and he is very reliable. He is there when he says he will be and always willing to answer any questions that I may have. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for weekly maintenance for their pool.

"Tried my best to please this customer. In my 9 years of buisness I have never dropped a customer or cancled sevice at any residence. This was a customer that I dropped from my list. Never paid me on time, residence was filthy. Deck and cage were filled with leaves and debris all over the place. (excessive) I feel this customer did not give an honest review but acted in a mannor not very perfessional. I love doing pools and consider myself a professional in the pool service and repair industry. Thank You, James Mee."

He showed up when promised. He text's me when the work is complete or if there is any problem. I even had an alert of a break in and he offered to check the property for me. And my pool sparkles!

Every week Jim stops by and checks the pool, cleans, adjusts chemicals and services filter on an as needed basis. He is reliable, reachable by phone and is very good at keeping me aware of any issues with my pool.

Jim does a great job at everything he's supposed to do, plus provides value added service on other things he notices, which really isn't part of what I pay him to do. Jim has the "old school, work ethic". Jim' been taking care of our pool and lawn for the past 6 months - since we purchased our home. Jim was recommended by the sellers of our house, who have been using Jim to take care of their other properties for at least the past 2-3 years. If you need someone to take care of your lawn, pool, or both, call Jim for an estimate, you,ll definitely be pleasantly pleased by the bang you'll get for your buck!
