Plumbing Express is a family owned and operated business established in 1986. Paul Bogacz, the President and owner, has been a plumber for over 30 years. His son, Peter, is the Field Supervisor and is a certified Master Plumber as well as a plumbing instructor at the local vocational school. Chris Kitchens, Service Manager, brings both his time in the field as well as his managerial experience to benefit the company and our customers. Our commitment is for the highest quality work while maintaining fair pricing and respect for the customer. We instill this philosophy in all our employees. We promise to make every effort to provide the best quality job at a fair price and in a timely manner. We will represent ourselves with honesty and integrity at all times to our builders and the homeowners. We will work as a team to attain all of our goals and to seek all opportunities to improve. We at Plumbing Express take the time to evaluate and clearly explain a problem, review the options, and advise the customer on the best solution for them. Our employees are trained professionals capable of timely and skilled assessment of your plumbing needs. We deliver a quality job while maintaining respect for you and your property. Quality without question has been our philosophy from the beginning, not just a catchphrase, but our belief. Our base rate pricing is: $80.00 for the first 30 minutes and $20.00 for each additional 15 minutes. Remodels and re-pipes are priced by the job, not the hour. We are associated with the Better Business Bureau and are members of the Chamber of Commerce.

I called for an estimate to replace a water heater. They advised they could not provide an estimate without visiting property. They sent a tech out and he looked over the job. He advised that he couldn’t do it that day as he had a few more estimates. I was surprised they would send someone out without the ability to complete the job same day. He advised that he would have to pull permits to replace a water heater, and there was a significant charge for this. They were the only company that required permits to be pulled to replace a water heater. They also quoted substantially higher than other companies. All of this was cause for concern. We were able ti have the water heater replaced from another company that day. They also charge a 69 dollar fee to visit your house regardless of whether they can do work or not, or to provide an estimate which they won’t do over the phone. I would not recommend doing business with Plumbing Express.

Responded within 2 hours. Sweated pipe into elbow that had been improperly installed -- took about 45 minutes. Service was responsive and professional at a reasonable price considering that it was an emergency. Have used in past with similar results.

I thought the rate was reasonable. They put little booties on their shoes so they didn't track things in the house. They were professional, on time, and explained everything to me. Everything was done in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend them.

I paid $400.00 when they came out the first time and I had several things done. I paid $200.00 for the second visit. The first time they did an excellent job. They were on time. The second time they were supposed to install the dishwasher, but they couldn't do that. I had them put in a new shut off valve connector for the line for the washing machine. That went fine. They couldn't install the dishwasher and I had to call somebody else. That didn't go very well. It might have been my fault. It needed an outlet put in for the electrical outlet for the dishwasher. The company was above average. The price was excellent for their first visit and it was average for their second visit. If he had looked at the electrical job first, he could have told me that he couldn't go any further with it. It was frustrating because I couldn't use the dishwasher. He didn't tell me at first when he put on all the pipes. He charged me the time for putting that on for the dishwasher. After half an hour he said he couldn't do it because of the electrical.

They are extremely polite on the phone. I had to change an appointment and they were very polite and accommodating about it. They do not charge extra for evening or weekend appointments. The tech was son time, polite, clean, articulate and intelligent. He explained the repair and what needed to be done very well. He was very efficient, only took 45 minutes. Not only did he fixed the problem, but he made it even better than before. The price was also very reasonable. He left no mess, whatsoever. In the mail, a few days after the work was completed I received a hand written thank you note which I thought was so nice.

When we initially contacted Plumbing Express (referred to us by a family friend), the office staff was incredibly kind and polite on the phone. She listened to what our needs were and got the owner on our property to look at the job and provide an estimate. All of this was done on a very timely basis which was important because it was a rush for us. The owner and technicians that performed the work were professional, knowledgeable, and provided options and alternative solutions to help save money. Their pricing was very fair. The work was completed on time and they did a great job. I would recommend Plumbing Express to all my friends and family. Thank you Plumbing Express!
