Byron and Justin did a fantastic job of a total renovation of our beachfront family condo. This is a shared property by 3 families. We are all out of state ( OH/IL/CT) . They were good at communicating with us throughout the project, even though we were only on site at few times during the process. They listened carefully to needs and made great design and product recommendations. This had been our parents condo and had not been updated since the 1970's. To say it was a time capsule is an understatement. Although it was impossible to increase the size, they did an unbelievable job of making the space feel much larger by removing walls. They gave us ceiling lights and fans, which other contractors had told us was impossible. And, they increased our storage space, allowing each family their own personal storage space in an eye pleasing cabinetry and built-ins. I only wish we had taken before and after shots. In the year since the project was completed, each family has spent a few months living in the space. The transformation is amazing and all three families are more than pleased. Would HIGHLY recommend Phoenix Builders of West Florida to anyone doing a small or large project.

I cannot say enough good about Byron's professionalism and that of his crew....Byron made sure he and his team were punctual, he listened to my concerns, responded, gave suggestions and made sure that we were "on the same page". I have had remodeling done here and in several other places I have owned and lived in: a master bedroom, two master bathrooms, two kitchens and a dining room. Byron and his team are the only ones I would want to do another remodeling. They were professional, worked incredibly hard, kept to the schedule, and they are the type of team you actually want in your home instead of hoping they would be done soon and then get out so you are done! I am not very technological, so regret I cannot send photos; however, it is important that you know that if I email or call Byron even now w/a concern, he responds within a day. That, in itself, is worth a lot to me. You could not do any better than Byron and his crew.

The project went very well-the team had a schedule that was regularly followed. Builder demonstrated very good `Project Management` discipline-any delays were primarily due to factors beyond his control. Sub trades were good and all work was done to our satisfaction-even when it required some modification Builder provided `value-added` counsel /advice on some key decisions that wasn`t driven by self-interests Builder drove accountability back to client to ensure timely execution Builder also served as a good resource on the source of some materials (eg flooring tile, granite counter tops)

Excellent, Timely and Professional in every respect.

I had 4 quotes and they beat them all and used quality products, were very punctual with their time, and made sure my project was complete in time for the holidays!
