I went with them become they were cheaper than my previous pool service company, however, they never found my leak. The owner sends these boys, who seem like they do not know anything. One is training the other one and the kids are on the phone calling to tell the owner everything he sees. The owner then was telling him what to do. Why wasn't the owner here, instead of these boys? -The guy lives a block away from me, how is it that much trouble to come over and do this yourself? They were back today for their final day, and my water level had only dropped a quarter of an inch, and apparently that amount is not enough to be bothered with. I've had to pay them for something they couldn't even find and now I'm going to have to go back to my other pool repair company. The moral of this story is going with the cheaper people, is, sometimes, not the way to go.
Description of Work: They have come out three times and they have told me they cannot find my leak, that it isn't big enough to be bothered with in my pool.
