John and Paul do an amazing job. The roof looks better than my neighbor’s roofs. I can tell that attention to detail in the way the edges were cut and in how everything was screwed down and how the vertical pipes were prepped and sealed. Many other homes in the area have a wavy edge where they trim it after the install, where PDF left a very slight overhang to keep the edge straight. Clean crew, they took their time and left me with a top-of-the-line installation for a middle-of-the-road price. It was their 30 years of experience and the fact that they specialize in metal roofing, and the fact that they use Tri-county metals that attracted me to them in the first place, and they did not disappoint.

I requested three estimates but PDF roofing was the only one to actually show up. The price was great, very professional, and finished the work efficiently! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing services!

Ah, it's always great news to be told you need a new roof. A million things go through your mind, with the first being. OMG, how much is this going to cost and who is going to try and take advantage of me...we did the obligatory 3 quotes, all of which were "ok". None too high, none too low... but we weren't wowed by any of the companies either. All of our quotes were for shingle roofs, and we'd always said we'd like a metal roof but were concerned with cost, installation, etc. Then we met Clay, with PDF Roofing. Clay spent time with us educating us on the pros/cons of each type of roof. He discussed our options knowing our budget, made recommendations and ultimately provided us with a quote. His quote was well organized, easy to read, and fair. We had some questions which he answered quickly. We ultimately went with PDF Roofing for our new roof. Yes, it's a little more expensive than shingle, but well worth it. Clay and his team have been nothing but professional and I would recommend then to anyone looking for a new roof, customer roofing or roof repairs in the Sarasota / Bradenton Areas.
