Overall, the experience was very positive. Although the technician was late because the company overbooked his schedule for that day, the work seems to have eradicated the termites and fixed the problem!

I've had the same person come and do the pest control for me and he's very good. If I have to call him, which I usually don't, he responds right away. I can't comment on their price because I don't know what the right price is.
