Fantastic service! I called on Wednesday and they told me a service person would be out to look at it that week. The next day a service person was out and fixed the problem in 5 minutes, all in time for me to have a heated Spa for my Memorial Day party. They are bookmarked in my favorites for the next time I need any pool repair.

We have used OnTime for over 3 years. We’ve had the same tech, Ted, the whole time and he’s great. He does a great job keeping our pool sparkling clean. We’ve also had some repairs done and they are very responsive and get the work done fast at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

I bought my house back in October, have never had a pool before, and was looking for a reliable, honest company to service my pool. I hired On-Time Pool Service and have been SO pleased with their service. The owner came personally to meet me, look at the pool and provide a quote. Aaron, the route manager has been awesome and have provided very valuable advice and instructions on the maintenance of my pool. My technician is Ted....what a great guy and awesome attitude!! Always reliable, on time every week, and provides a thorough service. He is always available to answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations. If at any time I have an issue with a leak or faulty equipment, On-Time (Aaron) has been at my house right away to take a look, recommend course of action and have someone from their company come over and fix it. I couldn't be happier with the service and the pool looks impeccable! Thank you On-Time!!!

The quoting process was straight forward and professional. The owner was knowledgeable and I felt that he told us the truth about the situation.
The person that he sent to do the actual work was not as qualified. Apparently this type of service is rarely done when the property is occupied (more so in foreclosures), so there were some issues of the expected vs actual state of the pool as well as the disposal of the materials recovered from the pool.
Although were were highly dissatisfied with certain aspects of the quality and timing of the work, the response to our complaints was excellent.
The owner listened. That was important. Although we were not offered a discount in the service price, he did give us an additional service of a "Pool School".
I'm not sure if this service is something he normally charges for or not, but the offer of it was valuable to us.
The manager of the company, Aaron, came out and spent detailed time explaining to us all of the pool equipment, how to work it, what to do/not to do. He also walked us through how to clean the pool, clarified instructions on the chemicals that we had been instructed by PaP to buy. He was excellent.
So, all in all, even though there were some missteps, we were satisfied with the end result. We are still using the instructions provided to self-clean the pool, and we enjoy the pool.

We have been using the company for more than two years and are quite pleased with the work. We demand upon the company pool clean and the water healthy. The staff and maintenance personnel are qualified and friendly. Kyle Woosley, who assigned as our maintenance person, is trustworthy, helpful and work is top quality. We recommend this company and Kyle. They are professional and fully capable of tending to our pools.

Mike Stokes takes care of our pool. He is very knowledgeable about pools and does a great job. If we have a question, he is very helpful and takes time to explain the situation to us.

We started using on-time pool when we moved into our home in August of 2013 as a temporary measure until I had the time to learn to clean the pool. ?The employees were and still are knowledgable, timely and polite. ?As with the other employees, our current pool tech, Mike, takes the time to?explain what has to be done and the reason for doing it.? I have checked the price of filters and other parts at pool stores and on time prices are competive and installed without a service charge or included in the price. So, almost three years later we are still using On-time Pool, I did not think I could be this lazy. Reason: hires good people and doesn't gauge when providing extras. ?There are cheaper pool services in the area, but considering the service an excellent value.

Overall, excellent work. Owner is on top of things; very helpful if questions or issues arise. His team is prompt, punctual and professional. Nate has been our service rep for the past 9 months or so and has always done a consistently good job. Very friendly. Thorough. Helpful if we have questions. I have recommended On Time to a number of neighbors when another service left this territory.

On Time Pool Service has serviced our pool since January 2013 when we purchased our home. They were able to get our pool looking great and all equipment working properly from the start. The previous owners did not take care of the pool, so much had to be done to get it in back in shape. The service techs have all been excellent. Notified us of any problems at the time of service and fixed most of them right at the time of the service. If the repair could not be made immediately because a part was need, the repair was usually done the next day. If there was a malfunction, etc. outside of the regular maintenance day, we would call and a tech would be sent the same day to fix the problem. The company always has the owner or an assistant answer all calls. All pool techs are excellent. They are very knowledgeable about pools, pool equipment, etc. They are very professional. They are very helpful with info on the pool, maintenance issues, equipment, etc. A service report note is always left so that the owner is aware of what was done that day. Mike is our current tech and is excellent. We have had other pool service companies service our pool at a previous home that were not very good.
We highly recommend One Time Pool Service.
