The whole interaction with New View was excellent from start to finish. The whole process (from initial call to the work being completed) took about two weeks. All communication was either via phone or email (the email part was great since I'm very busy during the day). The guys who came out to do the work were professional and courteous. Our pool cage is white and it looks almost new. Our home had been vacant for a number of years and the mold and mildew build up was quite bad on the pool cage. I honestly didn't think the stains were going to come out, but they did and it looks excellent.

I called about a week ago and got the appointment.  Both of the workers introduced themselves to me and were very courteous.  Sam started power washing the pool cage and deck while Sean started on the windows.  They cleared furniture from the main deck area and were careful with my plants and they both did a great job.  Pool area looks great and the windows are shiny and free of streaks and dirt.
