He is much more talented than what we asked him to do, but we are a little challenged in that department. He did a wonderful job on something that was not his main thing. He is a builder and a finishing carpenter, he could do so much more. The job we had for him, he could have done with his eyes closed, but we could not. We know him and we think he is great.

He was very prompt and nice. I thought that he was a good guy. We had to pull a permit for the job as he was not licensed, so we didn't have the work done.

We trust him and we half of the time we don't ask for a quote, although he could give one. He has also given us advice on other kinds of companies to use. If it's something he doesn't do then he'll give us an idea of what we should pay to another company for certain projects. He's a valuable resource. He was one of the builders of our house, he knows the house well and we trust and like him. He is thorough, he goes the extra mile and there are no surprises with him.
