Lawn Service
We found him through neighbors as he takes care of a large number of lawns in our subdivision. He came out to meet with me promptly when I called him and his manner impressed me. I didn't feel like I was going to be ripped off, which I had felt with a number of the other services I have interviewed or used. He personally is out here performing the work each week. The lawn looks good.
He offered to manage weeds in the plant beds surrounding the house for another $25/month. As we are gone for several months in the summer, I greatly regretted not taking him up on this offer. I certainly will next summer. This is our first property in Florida, so we didn't realize how much everything would grow while we were gone.
Brian doesn't bill every month but more like a couple times a year from what I can tell. Our first bill was for 5 months. I was fine with this and he told me up front that he wouldn't be billing us until the fall.
He is very nice, honest young man from my experience.
