The owner was very unprofessional , workers showed up by 10am and most times had to run to Home depot for supplies, one time workers had no power tools to use because they were on a different job site . There was one worker , Doug , who was very good at what he does and unfourtunatly he was stuck in the middle between myself and the owner , the owner could care less about job . Owner never showed up to site to see work being done or completed job which took about 3 months to complete. Cabinets were ordered wrong and cabinet doors had to be sent back to manufacture two times for defects . Workers left a open electric outlet with exposed wires behind new cabinets, I found this when cabinets had to be removed because they were the wrong size and had to have the toe kicks cut down .If you want to waste your money with a company that will not show up and start a job and complete it in a timely manner, use this company. Consumer beware!!

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.
NEVER on time - NEVER with the tools they needed - NEVER finished what they said they would within any reasonable amount of time.
Job started in FEBRUARY of 2013, and yes, we did leave Florida for 90 days, but they are STILL WORKING on fixing the mistakes and problems caused by earlier employees.
Summary:
Numerous holes throughout the kitchen area that were not covered by the cabinet install. Patches in ceiling where old lights and cabinets were removed clearly shows lines and distinct changes in ceiling texture despite assurance that the work would be hard to notice.
Crown Molding on cabinets was never installed.
Drawer pulls and handles were installed off center and crooked - new doors and drawer fronts needed to be ordered to replace many doors. The person who installed the handles has been fired.
New can lights installed in kitchen ceiling - they are not lined up and are crooked to the eye - owner says it can be fixed but after all these months and re-install and repair of prior errors I do not believe them.
Kitchen tile install is just horrible - tiles are not level and lines are crooked - Don Beck (Owner) says we bought bad tile from Lowes and not his fault. One of his employees slipped up and let me know that our job was the first job ever for the tile installer who has since been fired. Tile installer left 1/2" pieces at the joint between the kitchen and living room - he started the install at the opposite end of the kitchen instead of at the most visible joint - good tile work starts with full tiles at the most visible point and puts partial tiles at the end where joints can be covered by molding.
Employees damaged the stove top and side of the refrigerator while installing, Don claims he will make us right in the end but I doubt that will happen - stay tuned.
I could go on and on but suffice it to say that I would NEVER use these people again.
Final act happened today - promised a crew of 2 at 10:00 to complete the 27 point check list. No call......one injured employee showed up at 11:00 and began slowly working, informed at 3:00 he would be coming back on Saturday, nope, we have plans and are not going to be held hostage any more.

We had our absurdly tiny and outdated 8 x 9 kitchen transformed by Nationwide Kitchen.
We had spent weeks shopping around and getting quotes and ideas from various vendors, including Home Depot and Lowes. As one of our last ditch efforts, we walked into the showroom on Cattleman Dr with pictures of our kitchen and left with a draft layout of a workable solution. They designed a new layout for us by removing a nonsupporting wall with a pass-through, and opening up the room to become a 12 x 16 dream kitchen . They worked with us to meet our timeline by ordering our cabinets from a supplier with a quick turnaround, and they were also able give us a great price on the granite countertops. We were more than satisfied every step of the way.

A UNIQUE FEATURE WITH NATIONWIDE KITCHEN IS THAT THEY NEVER LEFT US WITHOUT A WORKING KITCHEN EXCEPT FOR TWO DAYS DURING THE ENTIRE MONTH OF CONSTRUCTION. THIS IS A FEATURE NO OTHER COMPETITOR OFFERED AND BELIEVE ME THAT'S A BIG DEAL. THEIR EMPLOYEES WERE TALENTED, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT AND CLEANED UP AT THE END OF EVERY DAY. THERE WAS NOTHING FOR US TO DO EXCEPT WATCH AND PESTER THEM WITH QUESTIONS. THE WORK IS NOW COMPLETE AND WE COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT. THEY FINISHED THE JOB ON THE SCHEDULE THEY COMMITTED TO AND FOR THE AGREED UPON PRICE, WITH NO HIDDEN EXTRA COSTS; SOMETHING I NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE. I'VE TOLD THE OWNER IF ANY FUTURE CUSTOMER WANTS TO SEE FIRST-HAND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK, WE ARE WILLING TO ALLOW THEM TO COME TO OUR HOME AND SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO.
