A few of my neighbors had their courtyards done with pavers, I had an estimate from the company that did theirs and I also got a few other estimates myself.
I decided to go with someone other than who my neighbors used.
Mullet Brothers were very professional and knowledgeable about my questions and concerns regarding the root system of a nearby live oak. The Oak was old and the root system had spread beyond the outer sidewalk area under the ground and into my courtyard I was told they had an Arborist to call on if there was a problem.
I saw them at work, they worked hard, cleaned up after each days(2) work and took care to protect the walls outside my villa and the surrounding plants.
I asked if I could get a discount if I paid cash, they said yes.
As for the type of paver, I showed them a brochure I had gotten and the ones I liked, they in turn explained the differences, the time required to get the product and we decided on samples to be brought by later and I would make a decision.
I was able to get a better price on the pavers and get the job done sooner as I selected a sample they already had the the office.
I was lucky that my job was a small one and I was able to make of what they had, the downside being no color choice but I liked the color blend and looks GREAT.
Many complements on the work and all of the courtyards near me all all slightly different in color.
I would use this company again.
