Mullet's Aluminum Products, Inc.

Keith Augsburger was the lead sales person. We went with Mullet's Aluminum because Keith had said that he had experience working at Village Walk of Sarasota, Fl. We describe the job and that we wanted all the windows and the doors replaced. Keith didn't communicate our intentions to his assistant sales person who measured the job. A couple of windows were missing from the quote. We had to bother our tenant again to remeasure for the missing windows and this time he measured all the windows except one window. I felt like I was irritating our tenant because Keith couldn't get the quote right. The quote was missing the door closures when it was finalized. Mullet's Windows never kept us up to date on the progress of the job. They never told us when they started the job or even when they finished. They never told us about problems like ruining the wires to our security system which took a couple months to rectify after the install. We had to double check a few times to make sure all the windows and doors were included in the quote. We had to pay a contractor twice to inspect their work. I would never use Keith Augsburger again. He's a typical sales person. He tells you what you want to hear. He never expected I would inspect his work because I live in Connecticut.

The initial installation went well but two of the windows was damaged during the installation and had to be replaced. Mullet agree to replace them but there were some difficulties getting that done because we do not live year-around in the area. Plus Mullet was moving its physical location and that seemed to have messed up some of the office coordination (delayed the ordering). But eventually the replacement windows arrived and were installed correctly. Bob Mullet personally took an interest in our job and saw that it was done right.

Professional. Conducted thorough analysis of the challenges on an old cottage, made adjustments and adaptations effectively. Case made: It's raining hard and the water is moving away from the house instead of into it.

They were very, very professional. I like them, but they were just too expensive compared to other providers. I'm sure that their work's wonderful, but they were more expensive than I can afford. If I needed something else, I would definitely consider them in the future.

The quality of the windows is excellent, they are PGT windows. The sales representative was very informative and responsive to any of our questions. The installers assisted us in learning the new systems and were also extremely responsive. Their prices were very competitive.
