I called Mr AC and the owner himself took my call. I described my situation and was told I would get a call back within a few minutes. The call back came, as promised, and I was told that a technician would be over. John, the technician, showed up within 45 minutes. John was excellent and had my A/C running almost immediately. John not only took care of the repair, but checked out my entire system, inside and out, and even changed out my filter. John was professional, friendly and very thorough. I am completely satisfied with Mr AC and will recommend them to any and everyone.
