Molly Maid

The first time, not so bad as the Manager was there and she was excellent, however, the next time they came, they were so lazy.. The Manager was not present. The work was terrible. The house was dirtier when they left than it was before. No corners cleaned. Center only. The manager was excellent and was doing all of the cleaning herself, the first time. The people helping her were abysmal.

They're excellent.  I'd like to pay less.  Making the beds is included, which I thought was a plus.  I don't know what they use, but they get the stainless cleaner than I've ever been able to.

For Christmas last year, my husband had them come in and did my cleaning for me. They did an okay job. But they made a mess of my oven door. They used some sort of cleaner on my stainless steel. It dripped down between the glass and oven door. I thought they were overpriced. They worked hard. They cleaned some things that I did not ask them to clean. They were very thorough. They cleaned my mini blinds in my Florida room. Now they are stuck in an up position and we can't get them back down. I would never have them back. They were good just overpriced. They were very professional.

The first time two girls came with their supervisor, who did most of the work. I was pleased with the work, however, their supervisor did most of everything, while the two girls chatted. The second time two employees came and yikes! Very sloppy, would never use them again. Very expensive, and totally incompetent. I can not recall the exact date that two girls came, but it is a shame, because the Supervisor was excellent!

This was the single most disappointing service company I have ever worked with. The owner is a horribly rude. The quality of work is awful. They did not clean well. They did not clean well upon returning to "fix" their mistakes. They did not make any reasonable attempt to fix the situation except to say that it was "up to their standards." I advise anyone in the area to avoid doing business with Joe and Sandy Nelson and Molly Maid at all costs!!! I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am in this service. Molly Maid is a total scam and Joe Nelson is a horrible business person.

you never get the same pair twice…thus, no one gets to know your likes, dislikes…….my guest bathroom  had disconnected shower curtain, that they never put back up….tossed entire new can of lysol without asking…told me my house was dusty!  did that mean i am to clean before they come?  used products under my sink, that they were told DEFINATELY not to use……after each cleaning (by any team), there are always dust bunnies around….they do not follow thru……..you can take your chances, but i am going with another service

Set up monthly service.  They came and did a very good job.  But they called the next month and wanted to come that day.  We had told them from the beginning they needed to set an appointment because we were not going to give them a key.  We called back and left message both for the maid (who sets her own appointments?).  The maid didn't call back.  We called the office and left a message.  No response.  The maid called a month or so later and we explained we could not depend on them, so they were no longer hired.

They estimated 2 - 2.5 hours for a 1,600 square foot condo.  There wasn't any furniture moved in yet, so it was easy to move around. The cleaning consisted of cleaning inside the cupboards in the kitchen, inside the cupboards in the 2 bathrooms, spider webs in all the corners, the floors, the window blinds and the walls. There were a couple areas where there was mold which they took care of.  They also cleaned the lanai patio doors.  It took them about 1.5 hours.  I left while they were there, so I didn't see them do it, but it was hard for me to believe that they had already completed once I returned from lunch.  Looking over their work, however, showed good work.  In the next day, while the sun shown on my lanai patio doors, I noticed they were streaked, so I cleaned them again, inside and out.  Other than that, there wasn't anything that I had to do over again.  
The two ladies were very efficient in their work.  They were also very professional.

They are responsive, quick, and quiet.

They provide very good service. They would come in every other week and do an excellent job. I have used them in the past too.

I usually left the money for the ladies and left while they did the work. My neighbors were watching the team arrive. My neighbor said that after twenty minutes the team left. They also managed to have a cigarette break in the twenty minutes, too. I don't think that they did a lot of work.
