Ken Everts serviced both of my condos. He called before coming, came at the time he said, Ken was professional, informative. He gave us suggestions on how to lower the noise from the unit on the roof. I would definitely use modern air again.

Great. Signed up for the twice a year maintenance contract. Ken was technician. Cleaned and reviewed all aspects of system, much more thorough than AC company previously used for twice a year service. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a competent, reliable, honest AC service.

I have been a customer for over 15 years and always been extremely satisfied with any services completed. On this service it was determined that my air handler fan had quit working. With the price of the repair and the age of my equipment I decided to have everything replaced. Modern Air started working on my repair Monday morning. Came out on a weekend night in Jan. 2019, worked for hours, replaced coolant and did not charge us for any work because owner, Brett, said it was due to a part which should have been replaced when they installed the new unit in 2016! We have always had a good experience with Modern Air, but this put them over the top in our book!
