My husband is self employed, we had been though the ringer with Quicken Loans who eventually refused to complete the mortgage they had prequalified us for because my husband did not fit into the traditional "two years of salary." It seemed other brokers we spoke to, either did not know how or did not want to take the time to work with a (successful) self employed person. Michael was fabulous, he lead us through each step of the way, there was no sales tactics or bait and switch. The closing costs were very reasonable and very clearly disclosed. Michael was a pleasure to work with, always prompt and clear with his instructions. I would absolutely use him again and am already recommending him to everyone I know that needs a mortgage.
