Install was okay, though I am unsure if drain was properly considered on the unit. I was sold a $900 unit for $1700 and joined their salt program in which they would come out regularly and check your salt levels. In two months I discovered that I ran out of salt and called them to come out and take care of it. They said they would "get back to me" and never called me back. Went out and bought and put salt in myself.
A week later the system completely failed. Frogs had gone under the control cover and laid on the control panel and fried the unit. I called them to come out and take a look at the unit and never came out. I called another service and told them of my frustrations. When they inspected the unit they told me I was overcharged by more than 100% and the control panel which is solar powered was commonly known in the industry to fail frequently. The new service felt bad for my experience, gave me trade in value for the other unit and got my business for the same price.
