MDS Carpet &Tile Cleaning Inc

We bought a condo on longboat key. We were in boston at the time I contacted them to clean the carpet that we recalled looking soiled when we looked at the condo. Angie's list highly rated. I arranged to have someone let in MDS Carpet Cleaning and they called from the condo saying that the carpet was indeed worn but they would do their best and could probably make it look a lot better. Dangers of not being present! I also asked to have 8 seat chairs and a couch cleaned. We arrived a week later and were horrified at how bad it looked. I had brand new white slippers that I put on the first day we arrived. One day later the bottom of the slippers was black. We are currently having the carpet ripped out and spending thousands more than the $400. I paid MDS. If I could give advice, I would say be present when work is being done. You never know what is happening when you are not there. Maybe they did what they could, but I will never know.

MDS arrived when they said they would, gave me an estimate to do the carpet and tile work. Once I agreed to the price all the work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I would call them again in the future.

I'd called that morning on 9/27/13 as I was moving in to my new home the next day; things had been coming together at the last minute - the folks at MDS were polite and did come the same day, in the afternoon, to clean the carpets and floors. They worked very hard and did a good job. My realtor thought the fees were too pricey - I was in a bind and they did a good job. I would use them again with some notice and price negotiation.

Service was quick & high quality.  There was a mis-communication - we expected all floor areas to be cleaned.  One area-rug could not be cleaned because it was wool and required special processing.

very small job but important in that my fine quality  area rug needed a thorough cleaning afte my pup had an accident on it.  needless to say, i was very satisfied.

Michael Ahrharl was on time to clean my carpets as scheduled. He worked alone and was fast and efficient. Pleasant & polite at all times. Had to call him back about a stain that did not clean even though the carpets were treated & scotch guard. No problem, he came the next day and rectified the problem.

called for an appointment on tuesday MDS came on schedule thursday. work was done by owner and appears to have been done well. He used a special treatment for any stains.. If I should have a problem with stains reapppearing he said just to call,

This was the 2nd time I used MDS and they did an excellent job in a very timely manner for a very competitive price. They were also very helpful about estimates and getting back to me. They are excellent.

I have a rental condominium. So, I get as much stain removal work done as carpet cleaning. It is surprising how only few carpet cleaners are interested in stain removal work. MDS Carpet & Tile Cleaning was terrific. They helped me with the stains. They gave a number of quotes for different options. I had them do a particular type of carpet cleaning in a couple of rooms; not many carpet cleaners do that type of cleaning. They had both foam and hot extraction. Later, when I asked them for an estimate for the third room, they cleaned it for free. Their prices were competitive. They really did a good job.
