Glen arrived on time and seemed knowledgeable. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks to complete blue prints. After 4 weeks and no call, we called company. They did not know who we were and said they would call us back. We had to call them every time to expedite the process. They never returned a call except when payment was needed. The job took 3 months! And copy of our survey was never returned even after several phone calls to company, which were never returned.
