There was one minor snag when an electric line was cut in a place they didn't anticipate and I was unaware of. They fixed it with no hesitation and it ended up barely being a hiccup in the project. Scott (the owner) came out twice during the day to check on progress and answer any questions I might have.
When the project was complete, the entire property was completely free of debris. The windows look great and they all work like I'd expect. It's a needed improvement.
I alerted Scott a few days after the windows were installed that I noticed 2 of the windows only had half screens instead of full ones. He immediately ordered the full screens and will be out to replace them as soon as they are in. That's great customer service! And I'd gladly recommend them.
We decided to move forward with the project after receiving the quote. The windows we ordered took just a couple of weeks to arrive into inventory, and the installation was done a few days after that. His team worked hard. They uncovered more damage than initially thought, but gave us an updated assessment every step along the way. The final cost was higher than the original estimate but it was clear what caused the additional cost, as Scott was transparent throughout our process.
When everything was done, Scott checked everything to ensure that we were satisfied with the final product and installation.
I'd say that honesty, integrity and hard work describe Scott and his team. Strongly recommend!
