"We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the report. The inspection was very thorough and the report was very detailed. Cracks on the exterior walls were addressed in the report, but are nonstructural, therefore no further investigation was recommended. Cracks in tile floors are cosmetic. Cosmetic issues are not part of a home inspection. The solar panels were functioning normally and listed as such in the checklist. The toilets were functioning normally and listed as such. The pool inspection uncovered many deficiencies that were listed on the summary. Cleaning a pool is not part of a home inspection. A home inspector cannot be expected to disassemble an air conditioning air handler suspended from the ceiling."
The report came within a day and was detailed as to all the systems in the home with explanations of problem areas and photographs to show what was being explained.
I highly recommend Craig Marquette and his company.
