MARK DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN ALL RESPECTS. HE WAS THOROUGH, METICULOUS, AND TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK. HE WORKED EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS TO FINISH THE JOB TO A SCHEDULE WE WERE FOLLOWING.
HE ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED THAT THE RED WALLS IN THE KITCHEN WOULD ONLY REQUIRE 3 COATS OF PAINT, AND WE ARE SURE HE BASED HIS COST ESTIMATE ACCORDINGLY. IN FACT, THE WALLS TOOK 4 COATS TO COVER COMPLETELY, BUT HE DID NOT INCREASE HIS PRICE FOR THE JOB, AS HE VIEWED THE EXTRA COAT HIS RESPONSIBILITY, NOT OURS.
