The estimate we received in the store was very close to the price after measurements were completed by M&M. The installer was very neat and accurate. We are very pleased.

I called them. One of the person came to fix the problem. It was a fine job. Since it was a lifetime warranty so it was done free of cost. They also made few adjustments on the other chains too so that there is no problem occurring in the future. 

they were absolutely terrible- they installed one window treatment that was incorrect, and after two YEARS of promises to correct, they Never showed up or corrected in any manner. They shouldn't be in business

A friend recommeded this company. The owner's husband came out and took measurements which were exactly the same as my measurements. We discussed a couple of things and decided on Hunter Douglas. As soon as part of the order was in the installer came and put them up. The remaining order arrived but we were gone for the holidays so the last things were installed as soon as we returned. We were given all the paperwork and a form for a $100 rebate. A few days before the rebate would expire we were called by M & M and reminded that our form, if we hadn't done so already, should be mailed in. What a nice plus! We are happy with the company and see nothing wrong with the product or installation. To be honest we don't open and close them very often but they are the quality we wanted so we are happy. I would and probably will return to them for fabric panels when we settle on our final color palette. Oh, I almost forgot, the price was excellent!

He told me it would take 6 weeks, but after 6 weeks I hadn't received any communication so I called and was told no, it will really be 8 weeks. When they finally installed them, there were issues with 8 of the 9 shades. It took 3 months in all to get everything right - and by "right" I mean not what I expected, but what I am settling for. I guess the best way to sum it up was that I was repeatedly told one thing by one person, and something different by someone else. The customer service was abysmal. As just one example, the salesman made an appointment to come over to assess the issues after the first installation. I waited for him, but he didn't show up and I finally had to leave. He showed up on time for the next try and then told me he would meet with his boss the next morning at 8:30 and his boss would call me with their decisions as to how and when to fix the issues. After 5 days without any call, I called them and left a message that said it seemed they were not going to fix the issues so I was going to hire someone else to do that. That got their attention as I still owed them 50%. The last amazing thing I just learned is that they had charged my credit card for the balance due without my knowledge or permission - and then credited it when I gave them my credit card number and permission - because I gave them a different card the second time.
