I have a 1200 sq ft condo unit. I wanted carpet removed and wood flooring installed throughout, except for bathrooms. The salesperson came and measured it out and provided an estimate I thought was high. Since I had solicited estimates from other contractors, I went with someone else. A few days after I signed that contract she called me back to further negotiate her original price. I told her it was too late. I wouldn't have gone w/them at that point anyway, I don't play that game.
