I hired this company mainly for my annual roof cleaning. They offered a "membership" that seemed like a good deal as the payments are paid monthly in advance of service... but offer a smaller in-between service that does not include the roof. Even if I don't really need the in-between service, it seemed like good value. I was wrong. My roof service is due October... and they decide to cancel my "membership" after I had already paid 10 months ... so only 2 months short of my annual service. I communicated that it was not fair and I should be given some refund. They refused. The mini-service last April was not even done well. But I let it go because I figured I would make sure their crew did a better job next time especially since it was supposed to be for the roof. All I wanted was a fair resolution.

They do a good job and the monthly "subscription" to their service is good for budgeting.

Great. We try to (DIY) personally maintain our home but we needed a professional thorough cleaning. We were impressed at the response to our initial call, the appointment was scheduled and when they were running a little late they communicated with us on the delay, we weren't left wondering if someone would show up! Quality of work was excellent, we are particular since we usually do our own maintenance so we were happy to have it completed to our standards. And, a fair price. Thank you Magic Bubbles!
