We worked directly with the owner Mike Macleod who was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond what was expected by coordinating efforts with the building tenants to ensure the naturally disruptive nature of construction work was minimized, he was in constant communication with us, sharing cost-saving options and highlighting potential long-term improvements and considerations in design of our short-term objectives. He was on budget and a pleasure to work with. I very highly recommend Macleod Builders for any job.
