Nick answered all the questions and I was comfortable with him.

Great job done and Nick was always there during all work to make sure all went well. He was fast and finished in a very timely matter! I would highly recommend him for sure.

They were basically done in 3 days. This firm knows what they're doing and has a great tile and Pebble Tec team that work hard. The finished pool was done correctly and if I needed anything else, the owner was there for me. I was completely satisfied and happy.

My experience with them was good. I would use them in the future.

They were fantastic in there attentiveness and professionalism.  It was a difficult decision to make especially with the great reviews.  We split hairs in our decision.  Would recommend highly.

Rich showed up late.  Didn't really listen to what we wanted but told us what he thought we would like.  Told us he would get back to us with a proposal after the holidays.  We are still waiting!

Arrived for appointment when scheduled.  Gave us plenty of ideas and a timely proposal.  Polite, easy to understand interview.

We just bought this house 5 months ago. The pool is 15 years old and it was in need of resurfacing and other repairs.  We decided to install pavers on our lanai at the same time. We found a paver company and the salesman referred us to Nick Serino and Living Water for the Pebble-Tec.  As it happens, one of our neighbors had their pool resurfaced a few years ago and they used Nick and were very pleased with the job he did.  We called and Nick was quick to come out and give us an estimate.  This is the real Pebble-Tec, not the knock-offs.  It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it to get the real thing.  Nick is very knowledgeable about pools and gave us many options.  Our in floor cleaning system wasn’t working right and many of the heads needed to be replaced as well as the valve.  The old salt system was shot too.  Living Water handles all of these issues.
     We hired Nick and we’re glad we did.  He was a tremendous help, even assisting us when we were picking out our pavers, which we had not purchased from him.  He coordinated everything for us, including the pavers, and was always available for questions and concerns.  He came by to check on the work every day.  He stays on top of things and is a pleasure to work with.
We hired him to seal our pavers and that was completed today.       
     We are SO happy with our finished pool!  The tile he recommended is beautiful and the light he installed is fantastic.  It changes colors and it is so cool.  We now LOVE our pool and lanai.  We would not hesitate to recommend Nick and Living Water. 
     He’s been called “Picky Nick” and that’s just the kind of guy you want when you’re spending money on a project like this.
 

Nick Serino is simply amazing to work with.
He remodeled the pool and lanai area of the home behind us, so we had a chance to see him in action and loved the work. He's been here once a day since our project started and totally believes in customer service. In addition, he returns calls, shows up when promised and stays on top of the project. There are so many contractors who have lousy follow-up - well, Nick isn't one of them.
One of the tiles we had chosen was no longer available and he immediately set us up at another showroom so we could pick out something else and not delay the project. What we picked out in this second round turned out to be more beautiful than our original choice.
We also love the way that he's been on this project from start to finish and we're not yet finished. Because of the time delay in delivery of the pavers, he had the crew start on the pool first. Now complete, it's stunning!
Next to come will be the pavers for the lanai followed by the driveway. Again, he's keeping us informed of deliver dates and there's no doubt in our minds he'll come through exactly as promised.
