Lets Cleaning Maids

I contacted Lets Cleaning Maids via Angies List for a deep clean of my house. I specifically contacted because of the deep clean offer being $170 thinking that sounded very affordable. When she arrived the next day, she quoted me $300 for deep clean of bathroom, floors, and kitchen. I pointed out that the Angie's List offer was much more extensive and that was only $170, at that point I thought it was clear that the deep clean offer is what I wanted. She said she could do it for $250 because my bathrooms were very dirty (which is accurate and I thought sounded fair considering the excess work of our bathrooms). We scheduled an appointment for 11:30 the next day, the crew of 3 arrived at 11 am which was 30 minutes early and forced us out of the house prior to when were planning on leaving, but not a huge deal. I specifically asked her to please text me when they left because we were only leaving the house to get out of the way. No text at 4 so we headed home and they were no longer there. Immediately upon entering the floors looked great, I went to check out the rest of the house and I noticed they placed a dirty damp bathroom rug on a very expensive piece of wood furniture ( a loom for those who know what that is), the bathrooms looked great as well. The rest of the house was underwhelming. They cleaned the floor and picked everything off the floor including a few random objects but they were all thrown randomly on the couch/ coffee table. The coffee table and dining room table hadn't so much as been wiped, no dusting was performed. Another issue was they removed our bottle cleaner from the kitchen sink and placed in bathroom beside the toilet and the plunger.... why I have no idea because we have a toilet brush next to both toilets. I contacted trying to clarify why so little was done in the main house, why I received no text when they left, why the damp dirty bathroom rug was on an expensive piece of furniture, why the bottle brush was in the bathroom, and the response I received was underwhelming as well. She said they forgot to text when they left but were there for 10.5 hours and that she provided services I asked for, I asked why if the deep clean was $170 which includes oven/fridge/dusting/all surfaces wiped down/ plus bathrooms and kitchen plus changing sheets for a house up to 2000 sq ft (my home is 1500 sq feet and I had her skip 3 rooms which I use as a studio / office so approximately 1000 square feet for 1.5 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms ) why when paying $250 did I not receive any of that. I also think the fact that a bottle brush was placed in the bathroom behind a toilet and a dirty rug placed on my wooden floor loom, shows a general disregard for clients items.

Everyone showed up on time and went right to work, our house has never shined as much as it does today. They went above and beyond our expectations and the house looks amazing! This team is hard working and it really shows that they know what they are doing!

This house had not been thoroughly cleaned in a year. Two dogs lived in the house and then a third joined them. Lots of dog hair. Simone showed up on time with four ladies and spent four hours cleaning EVERYTHING (windows included). The change was dramatic and refreshing. They took charge and didn't rest until the job was done. I am very satisfied. I look forward to them returning each week. Simone is reliable, charming, and hard working. Definitely recommend!

This company was a pleasure to work with. They accommodated our schedule, and showed up when they promised they would. They cleaned and scrubbed everything. They even cleaned behind our stove and fridge. We also had them clean the outside and inside of all the windows. The workers were very thorough. We would definitely use them again. We had to have them come twice, since it was a big job. But they came as scheduled both times. Everything went as we hoped.

Very polite and very efficient. The cost was a bit more than I want to pay for ongoing service.

Accepted her estimate for bi-weekly cleaning of my home. Sandy was assigned to me and she is a whirlwind. In 4-hours every-other-Monday, my home is left immaculate! She actually removes the collectibles, and I have many, from their perches on various bookshelves, dusts the entire shelf PLUS the collectibles, and sets everything neatly back on their respective shelves. Not to mention, she dusts the ceiling fans top and bottom, too. Bathrooms are tidy and of course, the TP is folded into a white, two-ply rose.

Excellent. Simone quickly contacted me after I left her a message and was very flexible on short notice. Her crew (3 people) arrive on time and cleaned my 2400 square foot house in 2-3 hours. The house was cleaned beyond expectations, which were high. Every piece of furniture was moved from walls and cleaned behind, dusted under every bed, the attention to detail was above and beyond. I was extremely happy and we plan to have Simone back.

Simone came out with Sandy and reviewed what our expectations would be. Sandy has been cleaning our house since we hired them and has done a great job. She is very personable and is not afraid to ask questions. We try and help by providing a list of what we expect to be done in each room and the cleaning supplies that are to be used. We are very please and hope this service last a long time.

I've only used her once.? It was the owner that came out because it was so late, she didn't have anybody available. She went out and did it herself, so that was pretty cool.? She was real nice, and fast, and she did a really good job. The person we normally would have used for that condo couldn't do it.

Simone was very quick. Came out same day to provide an estimate and scheduled me before leaving. She came out and did everything discussed without any supervision. She is very courteous, polite and honest. She and her helper were hard workers.

Simone did a wonderful job. She was on time and the price was fair. I now look forward to coming home every other Wednesday to a sparkling house.

The best house cleaning service we have experienced in Florida! We have worked with a number of home cleaners over the past several years, but were delighted with our experience with Simone and team; the attention to detail was unparalleled. Excellent communication, arrived as promised, cleaned a house full of plantation shutters, hand-wiped baseboards, windows, fridge components and cleaned parts of my stove I didn't even know was possible. ;-) Leaving a review is bittersweet, don't want to share!

Simone did an amazing job. She worked around my crazy schedule, was prompt, and stayed an extra 2 hours to finish the job. There was such attention to detail, that I keep finding little surprises (like the toilet paper shaped like a flower!!). Anyone who doesn't hire her is making a huge mistake. Can't wait to have her clean again!!

Simone and her co-worker did an absolutely fantastic cleaning job upstairs and downstairs. The laminate floors sparkled along with the tile, stainless steel and glass. Everything was immaculate when they finished!!

Excellent! I have 2 large dogs and work a full time job. Simone worked all day, moved furniture - the house has never looked better. Her price was fair and she was a pleasure herself - well worth the money!!!
