She arrives promptly and is willing to help with any projects you have under way.  She told about how she started her company when her father had ill health, but still wanted to do everything himself.  She simply said: "let me help". and that is what she does/  She is not a self starter on projects so, it works well if you want someone to do what you say and not have an alternative plan.  It sort of like working with a sister who does not argue about methods and ends.
