Furniture - Sales
The experience I had with these people was terrible. When we first went to the store, it was because they had advertised a sale on floor models. The chair and footstool was one that I was familiar with, and liked. However, the type and color that I wanted was not available, so I had it ordered special. The salesman, Roland, told my wife and I it would be delivered in about three weeks. When the chair did not arrive after a month, I called and talked to Roland, who denied he had said that. He said that the chair would be about a 2 month wait. It was only after I threatened to cancel my order, that the option of allowing me to have a loaner chair, not the type or color I wanted, became an option. I took the loaner. After another 2 months, Roland called and said the chair had left the factory but would be another month for delivery. Had I known that it would take this long, I would not have purchased the chair. Roland lied to obtain my business. I am not happy.
