I have sent them a minimum of three emails advising that I was not renewing the one year agreement and that I did not want their services. I asked that they confirm receipt of the email and they are yet to respond. Emails sent to [email protected] whis is the email address on their statements. The rating on Professionalism and Responsiveness apply to the administration, not to the workers that provided the service. I will not use them again and do not recommend them.
"Most people that know me, know that I don’t give excuses. I have been doing this work for over 25 years. I give recommendations and solutions. I met with the clients at least 3 times and explained each of their concerns. Most of these issues were related to irrigation and watering. As far as what we were hired to do, there wasn’t any issues. They never had any insect, weed or fungus problems. Palms can take up to 2 years to grow new canopies, and we had just started servicing this account. My technician called them because that is what instructions we were given when they first signed up. They wanted us to call so they could put the dog inside. We were only given one number to call, and that’s what we did.
