Hired to remodel pool, only showed up occasionally, wanted 5000$ up front was supposed to cover concrete costs, concrete company then put a lien on the house because lagasse didnt pay them. Eventually had to fire them bc they never finished job and would not refund our money

Terrible workmanship and they did not return calls and did not show up. The work that was done has to be removed and replaced. It cost us a lot more money due to the poor work. As an example they used particle board material to bridge the skimmer where the coping was to be installed. The entire beam perimeter that the coping sits on had to be removed and replaced because it was improperly installed. After we realized they were doing a terrible job we fired them.

About Sept 2014, Lagasse Pool Cont. began a project to put in a pool, spa and pavers around pool area. Within 2 weeks they had completely torn up 3 sides of the neighbor's yard and destroyed several nice plants in the yard. Then the construction came to our yard, dirt and trash covered our side yard killing the grass and a dump truck off-loaded a dumpster that took out one side of a big Palm I have in the front yard. I had to cut all the fronds off the palm because of the damage.

It then continued with trucks and workmen all over the neighbor's front yard leaving trash and a mess behind every day, with the front yard being destroyed and trash blowing around the surrounding yards for all of us to pick up. They also allowed workmen to set up work stations in my front yard, tearing it up.

I ask them to please keep their project off my property and showed them the mess. They said "No problem" and the mess continued. So I called the sheriff not once, but had to call twice!!  

I showed the sheriffs both times the pictures I'd taken and they had a talk with these guys. The sheriff on the 2nd occasion wrote up a case document for me in front of them, and told them I could now move forward with a small claims case if they did not stop the construction activity on my property. "It had to go that far"!!

When the seasonal owner, who bought my neighbor's house came later, she was appalled at the mess she saw and demanded that her property be cleaned up at once. And before they continued for the day that the property be clean at the end of each day. I happened to see her that day and asked her to come over to my house to talk. I also asked her handyman who is working on the inside of the house to come over with her. I began to tell her the story and she agreed with me that she could not believe the mess she saw when she arrived. I also told her that her whole yard had just been re-sodded with new grass the year before she bought the house, all gone now.

By the way they are still not done with the project!!  Pease stay away from this company!!!!!

It went very good. We would use them again.

We tried on more than one occasion to get an appointment and the one we got, they didn't show up for. They were less than professional when we initially met in their office.

He did a great job and everything came out good.  They were prompt and there were no issues.  They told me what they were going to do and they did it.  They were accurate with their pricing.
