I accepted a bid from Kevin for a home project on 06/05. Shortly after, he asked me out ? which I found highly unprofessional. When I declined and made it clear I wanted to keep things strictly professional, he responded: ?No worries, a question not asked is never answered. I completely understand. I?ll go over my schedule this weekend and send you a scheduling date.? On 06/09, he advised the project was scheduled for 07/09. I followed up on 07/01 to confirm we were still set, and Kevin confirmed. However, every message I sent after that was ignored. 07/09 came and went with no communication from him ? just read receipts on my messages. No deposit had been made, as payment was expected upon completion. Still, I rearranged my schedule ? between the two jobs I work ? to accommodate this, all for nothing. This experience was deeply unprofessional. If you?re looking for someone who respects boundaries and follows through, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Kevin was awesome, very professional. Treated my home like his own,very careful and respectful. I definitely recommend him and definitely using KM Professional Installation in the future.

KM exceeded expectations. The job was fairly priced and executed efficiently. Our floors look great . Kevin has a wide area of expertise and we look forward to using him for other projects.

Extremely prompt and responsive. Honest in the assessment of the job. Had great attention to detail. Kevin went above and beyond to get the install to our wants and needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the extra time to make sure things were right. Definitely would recommend and will be hiring again for other more extensive remodels.
