I heard a noise coming from my engine and thought perhaps it may be my water pump going out because i remember a similar sound about 3 years ago when my water pump was about to fail and i had it replaced. I called Keene Automotive and took my truck in and dropped it off. I received a call about 30 minutes later and was told i just needed a belt tensioner and a fan clutch. I was given the total cost of the repair and picked my truck up that same evening as they are open until 7 or 8 as apposed to other garages that are open until 5 which was real handy Overall very satisfied and would recommend to a friend.The facility wasnt fancy but was satisfied with price and speed of repairs . They also cleaned my battery cables at no extra charge.

Work done very professionally. I trust these people and wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I have since bought a new Mazda Miata, and I will be going to Keene for service intervals rather than back to the dealer.

My husband and I take our vehicles there. We feel he is honest and we trust him. We have had some pretty pricey stuff over the year. Once in awhile he will tell us to not worry about it. Our older cars need a different type of oil. Jiffy Lube will charge an extra $15 for our high mileage 10W-50 oil that we need. Pat doesn't charge us extra.
