Due to an upcoming move we had a queen size box spring and mattress that needed to be removed. Michelle took our appointment and was extremely accommodating even when we had to make a time/date change. The two men who arrived were on time, pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Our leather sofa and chairs is heavy, unwieldy and large, and we are on the second floor! The two men who came took that furniture away with an ease that was wonderful to behold. How they got in through the door so smoothly was a sight to behold.

I called Michelle at 9:00 AM, she checked with boss and called me back quickly. She said they would be here at 11:00. It started raining right before they were suppose to come. They called to say they were on their way. They arrived and started working immediately. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned everything up real nice and left no debris. Very good job and very courteous. I will definitely use them again.

I called Junk King to remove an old server, graphics printer and bookcase we had taking up space in our office. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and they were able to come out later the same afternoon. They called 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on the way.Two men showed up, I showed them the items they would be taking and they provided me an estimate right away based on the volume the items would take up in their truck. As soon as I accepted the estimate, they started removing the items from our office.
They were quick, friendly and competent and I would definitely use them again.

These guys had it all! I made a call and dealt with a very nice girl who made sure to schedule a time that was convenient for me. Then before they came to my old house this morning, they called to let me know they were on their way so I wasn't waiting all day long! Once they got there they gave me a free estimate and before I knew it, they were hauling my furniture onto their big red truck. The gentlemen were extremely nice, I had mentioned that I lost the coupon I had planned on giving them for $25 off the job and they ended up giving me the discount anyway! On top of that they made sure not to damage anything on their way out. And I was super grateful for that.
I would definitely recommend these guys for any junk removal job. They were beyond courteous and funny too. I definitely plan on using them again if need arises.

The service was excellent! They went beyond what I needed done. The approximate cost included filling up the entire truck; they have a standard fee depending on how much they fill the truck up. They do provide an estimate beforehand.
