Friendly and prompt service, and they fixed the issue right away. Loved that we got a text and a call from the tech before arrival.

All together I paid $14,000, which would have been a good price if they weren't both broken from the start. I have called dozens of times and have given them dozens of chances to fix these systems. They come out, give them a patch, and promise to come back and actually fix the problems. A year later they are still breaking down. I have been left no choice but to seek legal recourse. I will have another more reputable company give me an estimate to replace the two malfunctioning systems and sue McDonald for the money. Period.

We have used 2 different technicians from McDonalds and they are very thorough and explain what they are doing. This trip involved a filter change and several recommendations to make our 9 yr old system more efficient.

Service was prompt and courteous.  The serviceman was very knowledgeable about our system and did a great job explaining what should be done and how they would go about doing it.  We were impressed from the time we called the office the very first time and throughout the whole thing.  We would recommend them wholeheartedly to family and friends.
