Jose showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the finished product looks flawless. You can really tell they take pride in their craft. I would definitely hire them again! From start to finish, the communication was great and the work was top quality. They repaired and finished the drywall perfectly smooth seams, clean edges, and everything was left spotless.

No need to hire this guy (José). Doesn't have the skills or experience to hang and especially texture-finish drywall. His painting skills are no better either. What really irked me was; I had to go out of town and paid José cash (green money) to finish the drywall, texture-finish the walls and ceilings and paint the interior of my cottage. I also gave him an extra $1,500 for a specific, very high quality paint and sealer. Turns out that he brought in four or five partial 5-gallon buckets from other jobs. You can only imagine what he called, his finish product, looked like. I really wanted to help this immigrant. But let's face it, if you're paying a contractor cash, well he's probably not paying taxes, doesn't have insurance, not registered as a licensed contractor nor an LLC. Mr. Reyes provided outstanding drywall services. He completed the project efficiently, with great attention to detail and craftsmanship, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend his work.

I had a large area of stucco missing from my lanai roof and it needed to be patched. Jose did the repair and he was great. He was on time for both the estimate and the repair work. He did an excellent job trying to match to the existing stucco pattern and he painted the patch when he was done to match the color of the existing ceiling. Unless you knew where the patch was it would be hard to tell it was there. He exceeded my expectations. He did a pretty good job cleaning up when he was done too.

I can’t say enough good things about Jare12! I hired him after hurricane Milton tore part of my carport off. I evacuated to SC and wouldn’t be back in Florida for a few weeks so I contacted him and he showed up the same day and did the job of cleaning up my lot and carport hanging metal. I asked him if he could do some before and after pictures/video he was very accommodating. I told my neighbor about him and he hired him and Jare12 went over and did his place the same day. I would definitely hire him again and have to say you won’t be disappointed if you hire him. Good job and didn’t gouge me with the price at a time when it was hard to find someone so quickly after a Hurricane.
