This is a terrible company. We hired them to do a home inspection for a purchase we made. We relied on their report to solicit insurance coverage. The insurance company bound the policy until they could inspect the house. Once they did, they cancelled after the closing based on flaws that the report should have pointed out. If it had, the seller would have fixed these. Instead, we were forced to pay several thousand dollars for the repair, and had to scramble to get new coverage. The company said they did nothing wrong (cancellation to the contrary), and refused to refund the cost of the inspection. I would urge people never to do business with this company, ever.

This company missed several things on my home inspection. I would not hire or recommend.

You can always expect a few items missed by an inspector so I'm not writing this review from a cloud in the sky. We felt that our inspector missed some very big items that we would have absolutely requested to be fixed by the seller before closing on our home. This is just a short list of the major items... there were 8-10 more. - No hot water in master shower (fixed ourselves) - Sewage gas smell in master bath (overwhelming) $300 - Roof tiles missing which (1 month after closing) caused our Insurance company to require repair or they would drop us. This alone would have been a $2000 repair. - No water going to refrigerator (fixed ourselves) After just selling our home we know these to be key points in an inspection. We were moving from out-of-state and had never even been to the home so we were completely relying on the expertise of the Inspector. I will say that once we moved in and found these issues the company quickly responded and repaired the major items at no cost to us - which was greatly appreciated. But we definitely would have just preferred to not deal with it in the first place.

There were two inspection sessions--the first for termites and other wood-destroying organisms (including rot and decay), the second a comprehensive inspection of the entire structure and all systems. Both inspectors were thorough, highly competent, and totally professional. The inspection reports were detailed and well-documented (including photographs where appropriate), and the comprehensive inspection caught a number of small problems neither we nor the sellers could have been aware of on our own. This was their "Premium" inspection package, and we're absolutely positive it was worth the investment: their price is higher than some other services we checked, but we have no question about the value we received.
