Services we offer
Inspectify does quality home inspections for buyers and sellers. We also offer insurance inspections such as wind mitigations and 4 point inspections. All inspection companies will tell you they do an excellent thorough inspection and most of us do - but we are one of the few companies that back you up after the inspection with a 90 warranty included in our prices for all buyer inspections. We're also proud to say we won the 2015 Best of Sarasota award in the Home Inspection category!
