Very knowledgeable but did not make us feel silly if we had simple questions.

I hired HomeSmart for TV installation, Sonos, installation, and an entire home Wi-Fi redo. Ricks a true professional. His background as a practicing electrical engineer comes through in the quality of his work. When there was an issue with existing wiring he came back and fixed it right. Iâ m a new resident a Sarasota stilll Eye really had no idea who to call. Word-of-mouth is always the best source of referrals and Rickâ s reputation is excellent.

We had wanted to install a TV over our metal-insert fireplace for years! We didâ t find the right person for the job until we found Home Smart and Rick Marks. For Rick, this was no problem. He has installed about 1500 wall TVâ s. He made our choices so easy. He was able to order everything we wanted and needed. Then he and his helper, Gil, installed a 65â TV with a Sonos music and sound bar. It looks great! We love it! Rick and Gil did an outstanding job. We give them and Home Smart an A-Plus rating! We are so pleased we found Rick!

The only issue I had was time spent trying to program my remote. Rick offered alternatives that I will consider

Had a simple job but did it well, on time, and reasonably.

Rick found my problem with the telephone wiring right away. Did not waste any time in troubleshooting and charged a nominal fee to do the repair. I am having him return to hook up some stereo equipment.

They did a great job ,but it was expensive.

They will work with your every wish and after they finish the job they clean up as thou they were never there. Incredible Job Thanks for recommending them.

Great to work with. Keep work area very neat. Replace everything they move. We're able to adapt install to my schedule changes easily.

Rick was right on time and provided alternatives on how to improve the install. Everything was done in a timely matter and works fine. I am glad that I chose HomeSmart.

He did a fine job but overall it was pretty expensive for the amount of time he was onsite.

I am not the type of person that does online reviews, but my EXCELLENT experience with Rick at Home Smart Central should be be known. I was treated like family and Rick Marks was very thorough with an explanation and recommendations to get home theater & Bar electronics on track. The compassionate and caring demeanor is obvious the minute we started explaining our goals. I was also very impressed with the abundance of product knowledge on SONOS & AUDIO EVERYWHERE. I am very confident with Ricks recommendations unlike others I have heard in the past. Thank You Home Smart Central for providing a GREAT service in the Sarasota community!

We found HomeSmart under landscape lighting but quickly found his expertise was home audio and TV. Rick Marks, the owner, is amazing. He installed the following: big screen TV on wall above fireplace, sonos system throughout house, intercom tune up and linked to sonos system, speakers in family room and lanai, site survey and cellular analysis for booster antenna location, cell phone booster, new wiring and cable as needed, all configuration for smart phone and tablets, network configuration, and all of the training to use the new system.

In and out 4 hours 11 cams all good clean install very nice staff thx
