Description of Work: I was putting my house up for sale. I rented a storage unit from them for my extra furniture. They were very helpful and friendly. The driver that delivered the unit and then picked it back up was super nice. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: When we moved from our long-time home, we had to move into temporary quarters until we found another permanent home. We ordered three portable units which were delivered right to the house and placed exactly where we requested. We ended up only needing two units which were around $60.00 each monthly. There was no charge for the third unit that we didn't use. Eight months later, we moved to our new home. Hide-away delivered our units to the house. We unpacked, consolidated and still needed one unit which we still use. At one time we needed to get into the units, so I called the warehouse and made an appointment for a Saturday. They were going to pull the units and have them available for us but we cancelled the appointment at the last minute. The staff at Hide-away was gracious and said it was not a problem. We couldn't be happier with the service we have received. The Hide-away provider we used is located on 17th St in Sarasota, FL.
