We asked for assistance from the place we purchased this Machine on 9/13/14 and still on 9/19/14 another visit was required for help and still the item is not fixed.
I feel I am getting the runaround for the last 2 and 1/2 months and need a machine to reliably clean my clothes.
My service agreement states that if the item cannot be repaired that a replacement product is provided.

This was a big disappointment being that over the past 20 years we had bought over 30 appliances and TVs from this company.

We really like it and are very happy with our purchase. They even came out and installed it for us.

We came back to them after buying the refrigerator.  The salesman was very nice and the transaction went very well.  I got a fair price, so we signed up and bought them.  They delivered right on time.

They gave good service all around.  The cost was reasonable and the delivery was great. We are happy with our refrigerator.

The compressor went on my refrigerator.  Needed a new refrigerator quickly, at the right price.  hh gregg delivered on both.  Prices were competitive (I priced refrigerators at 4 stores) and, to sweeten the deal, they give a rebate on the delivery charge ($69.99).   Salesperson was courteous, well-informed and very nice to deal with.  And they delivered the next day!  Even the delivery people were great.  A very positive experience.  I will be a return customer if they sell what I need.
