Air Duct Cleaning

Made an appt for 2 PM on Tuesday for duct cleaning after reviewing their website. Very courteous gentleman promised that a technician would arrive at 2 PM at our home. At 1:50 PM on Tuesday, I received a call that a technician would be at our home around 4 or 4:30 PM. My wife had made several arrangement, such as someone to watch our 2 dogs from 2 PM till 4 PM, transportation for her to be away from our home at 2PM, etc. Not happy, I asked to speak with the manager - Steve. When he called, he was very rude, saying that he was not happy with the message I left (complaint about not arriving when promised.) No apology, he was quite defensive, and said that if I didn't like it, I should call another company and pay more money for my duct cleaning. I canceled the appointment - I was furious, and said a few things I should not have. I would not use this company for anything.
