Rose is a terrible person, she takes 40 percent and pays 60 percent to her maids She is stressed and has treated her employees like slaves. never hire the service of this company

Scheduled Mondini’s cleaning service for a deep cleaning. They rescheduled the first time, which was fine. Not a very good first impression because it was last minute but I accepted it. They did a wonderful job cleaning my home. I was very impressed and grateful for the great job they did service wise, to the point where I hired them again for a routine monthly cleaning. The second time Rose was supposed to come to my home for the first monthly cleaning, she rescheduled again. This was an issue for me because even though she had a legit reason(she said one of her cleaning girls was having problems breathing) I had a bad taste in my mouth because this was the second time she rescheduled out of 2 visits - last minute. I had taken the day off from work - texted her the afternoon prior to make sure she was still coming as she hadn’t contacted me since we set up the appointment- she asked my address - (if you were planning on coming to my home next day, wouldn’t you have my address?) then asked if I lived in Middleton RI, I actually live in Middleboro Ma, then suddenly her co worker didn’t feel good and she couldn’t make it. It all seemed sketchy to me and upset me. I explained to her how unhappy I was as I had taken a day off from work and she offered a free cleaning on the following Tuesday - I told her that was very nice of her to try to rectify the situation and would see her Tuesday. Monday night at 10 pm, I hadn’t heard from her so I texted her to confirm her arrival on Tuesday- she told me she was not coming because I never confirm it with her. At this point I’m furious - 3rd time she has rescheduled because it seems like she simply forgot about the appointment. She went ahead and said I was attacking her and verbally started arguing with me via text in a very unprofessional way- saying she would NEVER come to my home to clean it ever. Now mind you my boyfriend had taken Tuesday off to wait for her. Both my boyfriend and I had taken 2 days off and missed pat because this person made a promise to come to my home and didn’t follow through. All in all, I can make some assumptions based on what really happen. 1st visit - I don’t know why it was rescheduled. Second attempt - she simply forgot and made up a story that her co worker was sick - she didn’t even know the address she was coming to the day before! 3rd attempt - she offered me a free visit to rectify the problem - then reconsidered this - didn’t want to work for free and decided to twist it around on my to make it seem like I was attacking her. Second assumption - Rose Mondini clearly lacks communication skills as there is definitely a language barrier I noticed when communicating via text. She may have taken my frustration as a direct attack when it wasn’t meant that way at all. I was just a frustrated customer looking for resolution. All in all- Mondinis cleaning services does a great job cleaning. Their communication skills and customer service resolution is poor. I would not recommend them to anyone not based on the actual work, which again was great, but based on the fact that you never know of or when they will show up - even if you are scheduled with them.

When they were finished my house was cleaner than it had been in a while. Rose went above and beyond cleaning the top of my stove which had not been cleaning in a long time.

Everything went excellent. From the beginning, the communication was very smooth and the responsiveness on her part were very impressive. The service was superb, with great attention to detail, and genuine dedication to provide good and solid work. We were very happy when we got home to a sparkling clean home. Very happy with the her team and look forward to working again in the future.

Communication difficult and poor responses back: Trying to initially connect with Rose she claimed she didn't see my dates requested on Angie's List. I told her of my only day I was available and she keep asking about other days. Finally once secured date, she switched the time on me last minute prior to coming which was inconvenient. After initial clean which we discussed the one room that was not cleaned and the broken item, I wanted to take her up on the $49.00 follow up cleaning offer specially addressing the one room she did not clean. I texted her 2-days after she cleaned to set up a day requested and she replied 3 weeks later-poor punctuality. She then proceeded to set up cleaning date told me rate would be $116.00 which included the $49.99(??) -again because my house is so big! And crudely last minute cancelled stating it's too late, we are past the warranty deal and would need to charge me $199.00 again. Overall-I have never as experience on Angie's List like this I am honestly disappointed in this cleaning agency and find Rose dishonest and greedy. She is an energy suck. This service is a scam. Beware!

"As a Business person very dedicated to my clientes and very responsible with my work I just feel sad about this review.But the number of my good Reviews for all this wonderful and Blessed people that hired me and keep me as their housecleaner are the answer for this review.Unfurtanelly I could not reach this cliente expectations because it's a 3000 Square Feet house with some good time without be cleaned. Our Special we explain that we work in 3 people very fast and we do all we can (as 99.9% of ours clientes confirmed on the reviews).But 2.5 hoursdepending on the size and how is the house we cannot finish clean the house.But always we offer extra time working for a amount hourly.Must the clientes agree and recognize ours hard work.But unfortunately some people don't agree to pay for the extra work and think we are supposed work double for the same price."

Rose and her crew did an excellent job cleaning my home. They were professional, friendly and worked together very nicely. Every area of my home was spotless. They cleaned baseboards, crown moulding, ceiling fans, woodwork and floors, as well as the expected bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and kitchen cleaning including appliances. I'm sure there is more that I didn't mention. They were able to accomplish all of this in under 1-1/2 hours (4 cleaners). I highly recommend Rose Mondini!!

This was by far the best $ I ever spent for any hire. Rose and her team cleaned my home so well, I was literally in tears as they were packing up. I couldn't EVER get my home looking like they did. And Rose is so very sweet, yet professional. She get's the importance of how much a clean, organized home can mean to someone who can't get it that way on their own. She offered to come back and find some organizational solutions, and to help me with anything....packing, organizing, solutions. What more could I ask for. Spend the $$ if in doubt and try it out. You won't be disappointed. I'm only sorry I waited so long to do it.
