This contractor puts even the most unethical and untrustworthy contractors to shame. All he cares about is getting paid. Not the quality of the work being done. He will use plumbers for electrical work and visa versa. Non qualified/ illegal immigrants were sent to my home to do work they were not familiar nor knew how to do. Anything to save him money and attempt to make more. A 3 week project, is now gong on over 5 months in a 1100sq ft condo. He tried to trick me into getting me to sign a document, releasing him from his contract obligations, but fortunately I was smarter than to do so. Ironically, a business associate he works with is a truly stand up individual who saved this man from a huge lawsuit.

We're in the process of having them start a small bedroom addition. We are very impressed with Brendan Walker, and are looking forward to the addition.
