Grimefighters is properly certified and I realize that this is most important but it's not the only factor.
 I was warned about Sean, the manager's personality. This didn't worry me as I can get along with most everyone. Unfortunately, it was the tip of the iceberg. At our initial meeting in mid-November, I was given a probable date for remediation of mold behind a wall and in air ducts. As weeks wore on, however, I continued to be put off. This was very frustrating as the floors had been removed from my entire house and I was living in my bedroom, afraid to run the heat, air, or fans. Aside from my own living conditions, the wait made it necessary to inconvenience the flooring installer by delaying his start date.
When finally scheduled, I adjusted things at work to accommodate them. They weren't able to come that day, but they didn't bother to cancel. When I called, I was told that it would be another 3 weeks. I politely but strongly expressed my displeasure and was met with total indifference. The only way I could expedite things would be to hire the air duct professional myself, and separate that remediation from the wall  removal and treatment. By doing this, however, I would waive my guarantee of Grimefighter's accountability, since any post test for mold would now be compromised. I felt I had to go ahead. The day the wall was to be removed, I called to schedule the drywall repair, which we had discussed and agreed upon. But he had neglected to put this in the contract and when pressed, said that he didn't think there'd be anyone who would want to make these repairs so close to Christmas. 
I explained that this left me in a terrible position but it was clear he didn't care.  I once again had to break my commitment to the flooring person. Eventually, I found a repair person.
As soon as remediation was completed, I called Sean twice to ask about the findings. I never received an answer, nor a report. Nor did I receive an invoice for the balance of my bill, which, after removing the air duct cost, was very small.
I needed to put my house back together and let it go.  At the end of March, I received a call from Grime Fighters accounts receivable department in regard to my "delinquent bill,"  the amount being large and incorrect . The woman was pleasant and she did straighten out the amount. Grimefighter's incompetence and total disregard for the customer compounded what was already a nightmare for me. Sadly, it all could have been avoided with  a bit of basic management, communication, decency.They know mold, but that's all.

These folks were great. Very professional ad very focused on the job at hand. They not only worked hard and effectively, they kept me informed of progress on my 3000 sf home, and pointed out issues and non-issues thoughtfully. I could not have been happier.

Good work - pleasant to work with. 

We had a water pipe break 2 days after we moved in to our new home. Sean and Jimmy were on the job within hours of the break in and had everything under control by that evening. They made what could have been a terrible accident into a little more than a blip in the road. They were timely and professional every step of the way.

They didn't have any specials going on at the time.  Even on the stationary recommended by Angie's List and were still working together after seven months to clean this house, garage and everything.  They're very good to work with.   The accident was found on the fourth of July and they were out the following week.  They did drywall because my insurance company was so bad about not paying, you know to pull $20,000 out of your pocket when your not working and you have no income, that's pretty hard to do.  So they worked with payments with me so it's taking longer.  But because of that the damage got worse and that's the insurance companies fault.   At least I won't have them anymore after February.    I did like there willingness to work with me.  They were very nice.  There was never any fighting.  They kept me abreast of what was going on.   The only thing that I didn't get was at the time and most of the way through, I didn't get itemized invoices that showed which check went to what and who paid and whose check was it and what it went towards.  Finally last month they sent one out to my brother in California.  So that's done now.  Very frustrating for me because I would say here's three thousand dollars to go towards the house or to go towards the garage and then they would tell me that the other one was all done and we were square on it and they had put it towards the wrong thing but we are all square, I mean they didn't steal any money or anything like that.  I think there office needs a little bit more tending to.  Invoicing needs a little improvement but otherwise they were right there, they're very good, they've kept in touch with me at least two or three times a week.   They give me there personal cell phone and everything and are doing additional work for me as there finishing off the garage.  I have no complaints whatsoever. 

Just like the first visit, the service was excellent. The workers are extremely helpful and courteous, and I would definitely recommend them.

The young man arrived at the arranged time, looked over the areas that were to be serviced and told me what to expect in terms of results. He gave me an estimate of the cost, which was reasonable, so I told him to go ahead with the cleaning. Both the carpet and the tile turned out great. I'd hire them again.

Joe arrived on time and did an excellent job, would do to use toweling to at least partially dry tile before leaving.

It was a great experience.
