I have used this company many times for multiple homes and businesses over the last few years. In fact, their honesty and integrity as a company are what made me continue to recommend them to clients and even colleagues. I no longer stand by this. They have fallen into the same type of deceptive business practice as many other AC companies. I am unsure if they have switched management or even ownership, but this is not the same company I trusted. Today they were called out for preventative maintenance. The AC worked perfectly fine this AM. In fact, this unit had just been serviced by an experienced technician that they employ 2 weeks prior. It was that representative that told us we were past due for our preventative maintenance and who encouraged us to set it up. Once the technician, Jacalyn Dobberstein, arrived, who has only worked for this company for less than 3 months and had no prior experience in this field, the unit mysteriously stopped working. She did NOT ask my husband for approval of any work that she was doing prior. Rather installed what she thought it needed, charged us for it, and then when it still did not work, had the boss come over. 3 hours later and over $200 later, turns out, she was not accurate on her diagnosis. I understand standing behind your employees but come on, this time the customer was right, you lost a patron. We will never use your services again.

Since our inception we have maintained the same philosophies, guiding principles, ownership, and management that we began with. An example of that integrity and honesty you mentioned were on display when we spoke, and I graciously offered to refund your $200 since you were unhappy. After all, we have a 100% money back guarantee on everything we do! Upon completion of the maintenance and collecting for the failing motor starter that we found during the maintenance, you immediately emailed me that you were upset about the $200 part. I offered to refund your money since you were not happy and you immediately posted a review. Obviously, we need to do better, and I need to do better, but I am not sure what more we could have done. Concerning Jacalyn, she is a good person and we are lucky to have her. She completed a year long trade school and rode with our Field Training Manager for over 8 weeks once I hired her on. She is new to the industry, so was I in 1999 and we all start our careers somewhere. In this industry 'Maintenance Technician" is an entry-level position and that is where I began as well. With that said, I suppose after 10 years in business, hundreds of reviews, thousands of happy clients and a 99.6% positive feedback rate, we are bound to eventually have an unreasonable review written about us. I suppose potential clients reading this will have to decide if the 99.6 % positive feedback is an accurate portrayal of our company, or the other 0.4%. I initially offered to refund your money and you declined, I have since refunded it to your American Express regardless. I do not ever keep money if a client is unhappy. Great. Donnie and Doug were very professional and thorough. My goal was to keep my old system going longer and they performed all the needed maintenance. Price was as quoted for basic service call, no extras.

Had a guy by the name of Michael Turner come out for a quote. This guy was "Awesome". Its been two months since work was done and system is working great. Furthest room (Hot room) is cold as the rest of the house due to return vent line installed. Installation was done in one day with Michael and 3 other employees who were just "Great". Follow up call a week later (from me) was taking care of the same day by a fourth person, Anthony DelPozzo. Not only did he fix the issue but took time to over look other things as well. This kind of treatment goes good with me knowing that they care. These employees do not work on commission and still take the time to treat the customer good. I will be using this company on a future maintenance plan and will highly recommend them to others.

When Vincent told us what was wrong he didn't say anything to embarrass us, but was very professional. He gave us recommendations for getting our ducts aerosealed and possibly discuss insullation in the future. We would highly recommend Green to all our friends!

We had the best experience from minute one with this company. They were so professional and responsive to our needs. We never had to wait hours for a call back. They attempted to do the least expensive repair before suggesting that we replace our system. Once the decision was made to go ahead and replace it, they got us a quote immediately and the cost wasn't unreasonable at all. Other companies made us wait for days for a service call and didn't seem to eager to get our business. Not Green Cooling Solutions. I also want to point out that their technicians DO NOT work on commission, so there is no pressure or unnecessary repairs.

I would give this company an A+ if I could. After researching Angie's List, I initially called them to get an estimate on a new replacement air conditioning system for our house because ours was making noise loud enough that we were getting neighbor complaints. Mike Turner came out the very first thing the next day. After checking out our 11 year old system and giving me a proposal for a potential new system by Rheem, he told me that if it were his system that he would replace the compressor fan motor instead of buying a new system at this time. I certainly was not expecting to hear that. His honesty and integrity immediately sold me on doing business with this company. I would definitely be buying a new system if he had not told me that. A new system would have cost nearly $6,000 and the repair price he quoted was $450.
The next morning one of their workers showed up with the motor and replaced the old one. He also found a bad capacitor and replaced that as well. This worker wore shoe booties when he was inside the house and everything was picked up when he left. The air conditioner is quiet now and I am very happy that I didn't have to shell out an additional $5,500 for a new system.
I was so impressed with the work done today that I signed up to have Green Cooling Solutions do the semi-annual maintenance on both of our air conditioning systems. When it comes time to replace one or both of them Mike will be the first person I will call for another estimate. By the way, the proposal that he gave me I thought was priced very fairly based on other estimates I had gotten.

They used a machine called Aerosealing to seal all of our ducts. We were having a lot of issues with allergies and Mike said this would correct it. I waited a few weeks before writing and it sure did everything he said it would! Not to mention we arent wasting all that money from our leaky ducts anymore. Ive been a customer of theirs for years and they continue to impress me.

Great company with fantastic staff. Very responsive and punctual. Explained all aspects of service. Owners were onsite and checking all work. Employees were incredibly respectful of our needs. We have 3 indoor cats that they needed to be careful of when opening doors, etc. They went above and beyond. Always professional with no pressure to sell more products or services.

The service tech was very personable and helpful. He answered all questions and even offered several ways to keep the system working at peak performance. I have had HVAC service for 50 years and this was the best experience of all.

It was a tough install with both air handlers in attic.
The arrived on time and worked hard to get the job done. The crew was very polite and professional. They experienced a few electrical problems on the first day and they stayed quite late until the system was operational.
The owner of the company was very responsive to our needs and made sure that he met the terms of our agreement.
We had five bids for this job. There of the bids were way too high. Mike at Green Cooling came in with a fair price and was easy to work with. There was one company with lower price but in hind site, I thing the quality of the service was worth a little more.
