Just want to say thanks to Greater Bay Plumbing for replacing my 70 year old sewer line last week. The owner, Jeff Sarmiento is a great guy who really cares about his customers and employees. He is a true professional and reasonably priced. On a rating of 1-5 stars, I give them a 10!!! For all of your plumbing issues, big or small, I highly recommend Jeff and Greater Bay. From start to finish Paul and his partner were polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They needed to remove the original pipe for the old shower head and add a new device for the new shower head and the hand shower. They worked carefully and efficiently and kept me informed of what they were doing. Paul also took a couple minutes to correct an annoying problem with the kitchen drain. Great work. We will defiantly call them next time we need work done.

The two men arrived on time, they were courteous and professional and explained clearly what they needed to do. All went well and the toilet performs flawlessly.

It was fast, reasonable,professional and respectful as sometimes service people try to take advantage of women ? I was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. I highly recommend Jeff and his team.
