The roof was not cleaned well. They left a mess left around the house. They killed large paths of grass on three sides of the house. Their first attempt at cleaning my roof was not an acceptable job, and they admitted that right away. The roof was not thoroughly cleaned, and they left a big mess. The house reeked of chemicals which killed a wide path of grass on both sides of my house. They came back the next day and cleaned just the windows on the front of my house. They came back a week later and re-cleaned the roof. They actually did a good job on the roof the second time, but they left a mess on most of my windows, the walls, and the walk ways. Eventually they placed plugs in the grass that was killed. It has been a month and a half and the lawn looks about as bad as before the plugs. Gorilla Kleen has my email address, and phone number, but has not contacted me, contrary to their reply to my review.)

The first attempt was abysmal but to return a second time and still not make everything 100% is totally not acceptable. We strive to train our crews through video and in field testing, in this instance we totally did not field a winning team. I was very impressed with the workmen and the excellent equipment they brought to do the job. They were respectful, courteous and went right to work. They were on time and did exactly what I was told they would do. They wet the shrubbery around the house to not do damage to the plants and not one leaf turned yellow from the chemicals. They used a large scrubbing machine on the paver walkways and that had never been done by previous workmen. They were the most expensive quote I received from 2 other companies but I'm happy to say that you only get what you pay for. I am so happy I chose Gorilla Kleen as my house is going on the market in October and this is the best cleaning job I have ever gotten.

They showed up on time did an excellent job. While they were here one of my neighbors hired them to do his driveway after seeing now nice my driveway looked. I would highly recommend Gorilla Kleen and will use them again.

Gorilla Kleen not only did a fantastic job, they took time to do a walk-around with us after the job was completed. We thought it looked amazing and yet the technician spotted an area he felt needed another application before they were ready to leave. He cared enough about a job well-done, so he climbed back up and re-did a section on his own accord. That level of integrity and pride in workmanship is commendable. Gorilla Kleen also came back on another day to answer questions we had about the effect of powerwashing on some plants that were near the area. All is well and the plants are fine too. They are reliable, responsible, thorough and punctual. We highly recommend them and would have them back for future power washing needs.

This is the 3rd time I have used this company and they are reliable and do a great job. Margo and Wanda are courteous and professional. I had to reschedule my appointment several times and they were always very accommodating and polite. They cover outdoor security cameras to protect them for you. They do a thorough job. There was a mishap with 2 small shrubs being trampled in the process. I reported it to Margo and was promptly issued a reimbursement to cover the cost of replacing the damaged plants.

We hired Gorilla Kleen to complete a cleaning job on our roof, lanai, and pool cage, when the previous provider disappeared on us. We were thoroughly satisfied with the job. They were able to quickly schedule us and get us back in good standing with our HOA. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took extra care to protect landscaping. Would definately use them again.

It went very well. They did a great job, followed my instructions, were on time, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciate their professionalism. I had a terrible time scheduling this service because I had to schedule it at least a week in advance , and I wanted to do it on a day when it did not rain so that the garage would have all day to dry out before I moved my things back inside. I had to reschedule about five times before we got a day that the weatherman predicted that it would not rain and it didn't. Wanda and Margo were wonderfully patient and understanding about rescheduling this multiple times due to unpredictability of FL weather. I, also, had them pressure wash my house a couple of years ago before it was re-painted. They did a great job then, as well. They are not the most inexpensive pressure washing company in town, but I think they are worth it because of the Low Aggro(aggravation) factor.

Extremely professional group of people. I was very impressed with how polite and thorough the very young men were that showed up to do the work. They did an excellent job. My house looks fantastic. It was a great facelift. I plan on using them every 6 months.
Their deep cleaning technique did a much better job than my neighbors that had just a regular pressure washer person come out.
The only negative (and it kind of isn't a negative) is they showed up an hour early and I wasn't ready.
There is also a very slight bleach smell for a few days after they left. Which I loved. But others may not.
I understand some of the negative comments about landscaping being damaged. I did not have that issue at all. But these are pressure washer and I was fully prepared in case it did happen.

Received a notice from homeowners association that the sidewalk in front of our house needed to be cleaned. Our sidewalk was not as bad as some who have trees covering their sidewalk, but ours needed cleaning ... and quickly. We were given the name of Gorilla Kleen by the association as one of the possible providers. We called and a representative came out promptly. That was just before New Years Day. We weren't able to call back until after New Years; but in spite of that, they were able to get us on their schedule for the next day. Their truck provides the pressure for their system which looks more thorough than those companies that have single machines. We were very pleaded with the service. Plan to have them clean the roof in a month or so. They offered a discount price for both roof and sidewalk, but they did not push when we decided to do one at a time. We appreciate that.

Roof is clean and looks great. Damage to lawn and plants was much more extensive than expected, despite assurances to the contrary. I have not contacted Gorilla Kleen to replace the damaged grass, because I hope(d) that it would recover on its own once the growing season started. It is now May, and I don't expect much of a recovery.(although a couple of the damaged arrears are starting to show a little green). To be entirely fair I should call Gorilla Kleen and let them know of my dissatisfaction.

"As [member name removed] pointed out, we were not made aware of his dissatisfaction. As soon as we saw this posted on Angie's List, we contacted him and sent a supervisor to his home to review the issue. He had approximately 4 areas where grass had been killed at the bottom of downspouts. We returned today with sod to cover those areas. We have agreed to check with him in two weeks to see that the grass is growing in adequately, but if not, we will add more sod. We feel that [member name removed] is pleased that we have responded to his concerns, and has indicated that he will revise his review on Aigie's List. Had we been made aware of his concerns, we would have responded immediately. We certainly strive to do things 100% the first time, but if we fail in that, we will always be attentive to doing all that we can to make things right for our customers, provided that we are made aware of the situation."

It went well. They were pleasant and cooperative. Everything they washed looked great when they left.
The only quibble I have is that after washing my roof and gutters, my (white) front door was muddy, and window sills were also dirty. They were about to leave when I noticed the door, and one window sill. They cleaned the door and the one window sill I had noticed before they left (which was on the very-clean pool deck - so the pool cage was all cleaned, including the furniture - but not the dirty sill, so it stood out).
I do think that they should not have had to be told that leaving the front door muddy was not going to be OK, however they pleasantly obliged when I asked them to clean it. I am glad I noticed it before they left!
